We Invite you to Visit Our Manuser Ghorbari

Manusher Ghorbari is not just a weekend destination only. Here one may experience a unique way of living life. Being inspired by Atin Bandopadhyay's four-part tetralogy on Partition (Nilkantha Pakhir Khonje,"Manusher Ghorbari" Aloukik Jalajan and Ishwarer Bagan), Aniket, named his dream project upon its second part.

In 2014, when Aniket first visited the place, it was almost a barren land measuring around 15 bighas with few grown crops in some willy-nilly plots and a very small pond covered with weeds. What attracted his creative mind, was the possibility of transforming the place after his heart's choice.

In the last few years, it has been developed into a completely new form with all the facilities of today's life - yet keeping the essence of a rural village. In these years, the arbitrary plots have become 'phul ar foler bagan', 'boro gacher jangal', 'Khetkhamar' etc. full of variety of fruit and flower trees along with many big trees and widespread plots of land where several crops and vegetables are grown throughout the year. The small pond has now been transformed into a mind-comforting 'Narkel gach ghera Dighi'
