Stay with host, stay like host
- Entry to and exit from the property is prohibited from 10 pm to 5 am
- Timing for room reservation are 11 am (Check-in) and 10 am (check-out) of the following day. No request for early check-in or late check-out will be entertained. However, guests may wait in the common area upon early arrival.
- Order for food must be placed AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE THE MEAL Once the order for food is placed, payment is compulsory, irrespective of final consumption.
- Outside food/drinks are not allowed in the dining area.
- Food items, listed in the menu, are only available. No special dish will be prepared on request.
- Pets are not allowed in the premises.
- Cancellation policy:
- 90% of the total booking amount will be refunded if cancelled before 30 days
- 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded if cancelled before 15 days
- No refund is available after that
**Please remember that a valid government-issued ID is required during check-in.**

- Manusher Ghorbari is neither a hotel nor a resort. Do not expect luxury living.
- Be respectful to the sentiment of the villagers. While partying out in the common area, be careful to avoid loud music. However, partying out in the common area is not allowed after 10 pm (12.15 am only on New Year's Eve).
- In the lap of nature, experience the co-existence of human beings with the natural inhabitants like various insects, house lizards, frogs, rats, squirrels, butterfly, birds, bees, spiders, cockroaches and even snakes. It is practically impossible to keep the property free from such creatures even after taking precautions. However, they will never harm you unless you harm or scare them first.
